Alexander Dennis have invested in a UK based Call Centre as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries concerning parts, service or other support issues.
Wherever you are based in the UK, a call to a single number will put you in touch with experts with everything you need at their fingertips. Their expertise includes:

  • The call centre is the point of contact for all parts orders. If the part is in stock, it will be ordered, picked and despatched the same day for next day delivery. Parts not in stock will be ordered, and the call centre will keep you fully advised about delivery.
  • Any technical queries should be directed to the call centre, which has access to all technical information regarding any ADL product old or new.
  • Service support is accessed via the call centre, whether from the team of mobile service engineers or the network of strategically located service centres
