We’re thrilled to announce that applications for our 2025 roles will open soon! Here’s everything you need to know to kickstart your journey with us:
Application period
Our roles will be live on Workable, LinkedIn and Indeed 27th January 2025. Submit your application by 12pm on 11th February 2025 to be considered.
Your journey with us
1. Self-recorded video interview
If your application stands out, you’ll receive an invitation on 7th March 2025 to record a short video answering some engaging questions. Show us your personality and passion! Be sure to complete your video by 14th March 2025.
2. Zoom interview
Next, you’ll have the chance to shine in a one-on-one virtual interview with our Early Careers Coordinator during the week of 24th March 2025. This is your opportunity to discuss your experiences and aspirations in more depth. Expect personalised feedback on your interview no later than 4th April 2025.
3. Assessment day
For those who progress further, our in-person assessment day at our Head Office in Larbert during the week of 14th April 2025 will be a pivotal moment. Ahead of the big day, you’ll complete a brief presentation and an Insights Discovery profile to help us understand your strengths. During the assessment day, you’ll explore our facilities during a site tour, meet our leadership team for a focused interview, participate in a dynamic group exercise, and review your Discovery profile to uncover even more about your potential.
Final decision
We’ll inform you of the final outcome of your application by 28th April 2025. If successful, you’ll embark on this exciting new chapter with us, starting your role in the last week of August 2025.
