Charlie Miller is the company’s new Retail Sales Director, having been promoted from the role of Senior Regional Sales Manager. In this new role Charlie will be responsible, with his team, for working with independent operators in the UK and Ireland, assisting with their early steps into zero-emission vehicles and operation, and exploring all opportunities to enabling more efficient vehicles into the UK and Ireland bus and coach parc.

Debbie McCreath has moved into the role of Group Marketing Director and will lead the company’s marketing, communications and public affairs activity. Debbie joined the business as the political lobbying lead in the role of Marketing Communications and Public Affairs Manager.

Group Commercial Director Martin West said: “I’m delighted to have been able to start to reshape the group commercial function in line with our vision for the business. I want us to reach the hearts and minds of our customers, and their customers through targeted commercial activity that supports modal shift for long-term success of our entire industry, and I’m so pleased to recruit talent from within our business with Mat, Charlie and Debbie to help bring this vision to life.
