Alexander Dennis Limited (“ADL”), a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc. (“NFI”), one of the world’s leading independent global bus manufacturers, today announced that has delivered a new Enviro200 bus to Kent-based ASD Transport Ltd.
The new 8.9m vehicle has 30 seats and boasts ADL’s SmartPack efficiency technology to achieve Low Emission Bus status. It is fitted with CCTV and in addition to a seatbelt for the driver, its ADL SmartSeats have been fitted with passenger seatbelts for added safety.
The vehicle is identical to an Enviro200 bus supplied to the company by ADL in December 2019.
ASD Transport operate bus and coach services from its base in Rochester, Kent and is a family-owned business with many years of transport experience.
Company director Hardip Dosanjh said: “This bus will slot in perfectly into our fleet and again shows our commitment to updating and modernising our fleet for our customers. ADL’s experience in assisting our requirements means they are a valued partner.”
