Alexander Dennis Limited (“ADL”), a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc. (“NFI”), one of the world’s leading independent global bus manufacturers, today announced that four of its British-built zero emission buses will be on show at this year’s Innovation and Technology in Transport Hub (ITT Hub) in Farnborough.
ADL, the UK’s largest bus and coach manufacturer, is showcasing four of its market leading electric vehicles at the 2022 ITT Hub, taking place at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Vehicles on display at ITT Hub are the double deck BYD ADL Enviro400EV on ADL’s own stand and the single deck BYD ADL Enviro200EV on the adjoining stand of its partner BYD.
Two further BYD ADL Enviro400EV provide shuttle buses to Farnborough Main station for attendees. These are courtesy of ADL customers Abellio London, which has provided a vehicle built to the latest Transport for London interior standard recently launched on route 63, and Go-Ahead London.
The manufacturer is also providing information on the Enviro400FCEV, its upcoming second-generation hydrogen bus which will be launched later this year, and its range of low emission buses and coaches including the best-selling PSVAR-compliant Plaxton Leopard coach suited for contract hires and school work.
Martin West, ADL Group Commercial Director, said: “ITT Hub is a key date in the ADL calendar this year. Interacting and engaging old and new customers is of critical importance following the restrictions of the past two years.
“ADL is a staunch advocate of the Built in Britain brand which we will be embodying with pride at this year’s ITT Hub with four zero emission buses, two of which are courtesy of our customers Go-Ahead London and Abellio London.
“The full spectrum of ADL support will be on hand at stand A313, with team members from commercial, sales, marketing, engineering, international business development, and aftermarket support.”
