Alexander Dennis, a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc., one of the world’s leading independent global bus manufacturers, today announced that it has delivered a brand new Enviro400 double deck bus to Kent private hire operator Crosskeys Travel.
Crosskeys Travel has been providing private hire transport across Kent for over 40 years for day trips, short excursions or coach tours.
The operator has a long-standing relationship with Alexander Dennis, having purchased a number of Plaxton coaches over the years, but this is the first Alexander Dennis bus the company has taken delivery of.
The new Enviro400 bus is 11.5 metres long and is fitted with seat-belted high-back seats, wood-effect flooring, USB charging points and CCTV. It has entered the fleet together with a second, similar vehicle acquired from a previous operator.
Crosskeys Travel Managing Director Alan Johnson said: “This new bus is a great addition to our fleet and will afford our customers even more options when deciding on the perfect hire vehicle for their occasion.”
Alexander Dennis Regional Sales Manager Mark Taylor added: “It’s been great working with Alan and the team to deliver their first new Alexander Dennis bus and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”
