Leopards join Plaxton line-up at Longmynd Travel

Longmynd Travel, based just outside Shrewsbury, in Shropshire, has taken delivery of two new Plaxton Leopard coaches.

The vehicles join Longmynd’s 23-strong fleet which already incorporates a line-up of 15 Plaxton products, including Paragon, Panther and Elite coaches.

The new vehicles are both on 12.8m Euro6 Volvo B8 chassis with I-Shift transmission and will be used on private hire and contract services.

Commenting on the new coaches, Mark Sheppard, Managing Director of Longmynd Travel, said: “The new Leopards make a welcome addition to our fleet of executive travel coaches and complement a wide range of Plaxton vehicles that have served us well throughout the years. The Leopard is stylish, spacious, versatile and economic to run, and the 59-seat model fits perfectly into our line-up of product options.”
