Mayne Coaches, a business with almost 100 years of history and one of the most respected transport operations in the North West of England, has added two new Plaxton Leopards to its fleet of more than 40 vehicles.
Both are 12.8m, 72-seat Euro6 B8 models with I-Shift transmission and will operate across the UK on private hires, corporate work and day excursions.
Headquartered in Marsh House Lane, Warrington, and with a second large depot in Manchester, Mayne Coaches goes from strength to strength and continues to enjoy a long standing business partnership with Plaxton.
Amanda Jackson, Managing Director, and Brian Glaves, Chairman of Mayne Coaches, were both in Scarborough last week to receive their new vehicles. Amanda commented: “The Leopard in a workhorse that combines style, luxury and high capacity. We have a significant number of them in our fleet and they continue to lead the way in terms of performance, fuel efficiency and popularity with both drivers and passengers. We are delighted to have a further two in our growing fleet.”
