Henshaw’s Executive Travel, based in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, has introduced a new Plaxton Leopard to its fleet of 20 vehicles.
Well established as one of the leading independent transport businesses in South West England, Henshaw’s runs bus and coach services across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, and has an impressive line-up of luxury vehicles, including Plaxton Panther and Cheetah models.
The new addition is a 72-seat, 12.8m B8R with I-shift transmission, which will support the wide-ranging corporate work, private hires, weddings, theatre trips, sports events, day outings and European tour programmes operated by the company.
This latest introduction endorses Henshaw’s strategy of continuous investment in class leading, luxury coaches. Managing Director Danny Henshaw commented: “Our aim has always been to grow the business on two fronts. While consolidating our contract bus services with county councils, we have also been expanding our coach business significantly, notably through private hires, day trips throughout the Cotswolds and extended journeys into Europe.
“To do that we need vehicles that combine performance with easy access, style and a luxury finish. That’s what clients expect today and the Plaxton range, including our new Leopard, fits the bill for every occasion. They also provide first class parts, service and aftermarket support, which is a critical factor for anybody in the passenger transport business.”
