Message to Customers & Supply Chain Partners on COVID-19

Statement from Colin Robertson, Chief Executive at Alexander Dennis

Dear all

We currently live in extremely uncertain times with the spread of COVID-19 impacting on every facet of our lives. This is a fast-moving and dynamic situation which will bring challenges to customers, suppliers and our wider teams.

The safety of our own team members, our customers and supply chain partners is paramount and we will continue to follow all applicable Government advice and mandates, as well as implementing additional steps to reduce the risk of the virus spreading at our sites. These include limiting visits to our sites by suppliers and customers wherever possible, and using practical alternatives including video and phone conferences in place of in-person meetings. This also follows the approach of NFI Group, which is further outlined in this message from Paul Soubry, President & CEO, NFI Group Inc.

We have grown our business as a result of our unwavering commitment to serving our customers and collaborating with our supply chain partners to develop industry-leading solutions, and will continue to do so, to the very best of our ability.
